Job description

  • Comply with and ensure QHSE rules, instructions and procedures in force at SPIE Oil & Gas Services.
  • Prepare the technical part for commercial initiatives for business development.
  • Analyze tender documents, understand customer’s requirements and write technical offers in consequence.
  • Participate actively in the pricing and clarifications of the technical offers.
  • Organize, plan and/or follow-up contract start-up when awarded.
  • Develop and ensure that Company standards and procedures in force at SPIE Oil & Gas Services are duly applied.
  • Offer technical support and coordination of technical offers for commercial development.
  • Be in charge of the market and benchmark studies for the development of the technical content, training.
  • Develop supporting documents such as presentations, analysis of customers requirements.
  • To be responsible for the commercial coordination of all countries and for the whole tendering process in BU.
  • Actively participate/prepare tenders at BU level or above, validate process, conduct pricing technical and commercial offers.
  • Participate actively in budget management and blue books.

Profile

  • Must have maintenance and/or commissioning experience of the energy sector.
  • Has experience in management and commercial aspect of starting up and/or operating & maintaining energy production installations within Oil & Gas plants, upstream and/or downstream, standalone power plants and renewables.
  • Ideally engineer with +10 years experience and engineering or maintenance degree.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Capacity to negotiate commercially and understand legal aspects.
  • Fluent English mandatory.
