SPIE Oil & Gas Services Indonesia is currently looking for Procurement Specialist.
Your main duties are:
- Leads the development and implementation of procurement policies as per SKK Migas regulations and procedures.
- Responsible for negotiation and contracting of outsourcing services, certifications, quality, rental of equipment and tools.
- Detailed knowledge of raw materials, suppliers and market trends, trend analysis, project management, negotiation, facilitation and customer service skills.
- Leads the process of clearly specifying the requirements for historic spend analysis and as in input for forecasting and strategic planning
- Leads the definition and application of rigorous, differentiating and usable evaluation criteria and framework for supplier accreditation and monitoring
- Leads the process of developing an appropriately sophisticated categorization of purchase items
- Applies an in depth understanding and can lead the full range of procurement activities to achieve cost saving and comply with regulations.
- Ensure full set of procurement documentation are available and comply.
Proactively identify issues and opportunities and propose solutions to leverage or address them. - Develop high-level business and financial presentations for financial management.
- Assist in budgeting functions and any other ad-hoc duties.
We are looking for candidate with:
Bachelor's degree in accounting/Finance/Econ/Supply Chain, Others
Minimum of 8 years of relevant supply chain, Procurement operations in Oil and Gas industries
Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, including the use of the modeling database in excel.
strong background of the full tender process. Relevant certification will be in advantages.
