About the Role
Due to growth and change in the local market, we currently have fantastic opportunities for experienced people to join our Control and Safety Systems team in Perth.
We are looking for candidates with a strong technical background on key vendor systems, including DCSs and PLCs, who are either wanting to maintain their technical focus and be responsible for the design, engineering, configuration, implementation and commissioning of Control and Safety System solutions or make the shift into an assurance role and be responsible for preparing project documentation and managing DCS and/or PLC vendors on behalf of our clients.
Ability to prepare clear, concise, and high-quality documentation is essential and applicable to all candidates.

Candidate criteria
Minimum level of experience required
10 years or more
Required authorisations
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Control Systems Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline
- Excellent skills in software development and preparation of documentation
- Experience with Honeywell Experion highly regarded
- Experience with Emerson, Rockwell, Yokogawa or Triconex systems advantageous
- Attend remote sites for installation and commissioning activities
- Knowledge of working in a Brownfields environment
- Knowledge of IEC 61508/61511 and prefer FS eng certification
