Job description
He/She will be directly working jointly with the Client and will be the Representative for Field Operations.
He/She is Technical focal point between Contractors, Suppliers and Client.
He/She will conduct core Shut Down activities through the following:
· Coordinate ALL the preparation activities of the Shut Down, ensuring:
- Material, consumable & equipment follow-up,
- Conduct full process (SOW, technical, commercial & contractual negotiations, Mobilization, SAP Process, etc.) for Vendors and/or OEM,
- Resources mobilization,
- Updated planning,
- Regular liaisons with construction/Maintenance department and site through regular meetings,
- Ensuring proper certifications/authorizations from proper authorities,
- Validation of estimated duration and estimated costs
Profile
Strong experience of FFSD preparation
Knowledge of TOTAL Process and organization
Working at spie
