Job description
SPIE Oil & Gas Services is currently looking to hire a Shutdown Coordinator to join its work force in Lagos, Nigeria with several missions planned offshore
In his discipline, he shall respect and apply QHSSE rules and procedures, organize and perform on site the maintenance operations which are placed under his responsibility.
As a Shutdown Coordinator, he will be working Jointly with the SD manager and his technical Authority on the project;
In charge of defining the quantities for Tool, Task Duration and associated Manpower, in particular for Vessel, Exchangers & Valves Scope.
The Shutdown Coordinator will conduct core Shut Down activities through the following:
- Coordinate ALL the preparation activities of the Shut Down, ensuring
- Material , consumable & equipment definition,
- Resources mobilization,
- Updated planning,
- Regular liaisons with construction/Maintenance department and site through regular meetings,
- Ensuring proper certifications/authorizations from proper authorities
- Validation of estimated duration, and estimated costs
- Review & Validation of Job Cards & FFSD Dossier
Conduct supervisory activities through the following:
· Coach local engineers
· Mentor and coach Senior and Junior Preparators
During Execution, the Shutdown corodinator will be the Leader of the FFSD Team alongside the Shutdown Manager
Profile
- Bsc or HND or equivalent
- Extensive experience in construction
- Strong previous experience of FFSD in preparation & offshore
- Knowledge of iView is a +
