Job description

SPIE Oil & Gas Services Indonesia is currently looking for QC Civil Engineer.

Your main duties are:  

  • Responsible for overall Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) for all aspects of the work in accordance with project specification, applicable codes, and standard.
  • Responsible for making the entire team understand the design of the entry road and the well pad.
  • Supervise and direct the workers when carrying out the construction of well components (rig foundation, oil catcher, etc.).
  • Ensure the construction points of each element / component to be built (oil catcher, rig foundation, etc.).
  • Ensure that civil works are carried out according to the planning picture.
  • Create and arrange work items (details) and volumes.
  • Make / arrange a schedule of work implementation, material procurement, equipment procurement.
  • Responsible for communicating with engineers from COMPANY if there are technical obstacles in the field that causes the work cannot be carried out according to the plan.
  • Provide regular reports and communicate with representatives of the COMPANY about the work progress every day.
  • Analyze, identify and provide a comprehensive report if there are potential obstacles resulting in the work progress delayed.
  • Ensure that work is carried out safely within budget and in accordance with HSSE standards.

Profile

We are looking for candidate with:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Minimum 10-year experience in Civil engineering.
  • Experience in drilling site preparation and drilling site construction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
