SPIE Oil & Gas Services (Thailand) Limited is looking for Assistant Officer, Marine Operation Support to work with our high reputation client in Thailand. 

Location: Bangkok and Songkhla, Thailand

Job description:

Marine Operation Support
     - Reserve PSB jetty berth on Jetty booking application.
     - Monitoring bulk/cargo inventory on vessels, rigs, barge.
     - Verify daily report of vessel, accommodation barge.


Vessel Cost Allocation Support
     - Create PO for Charter Hire and Marine Service.
     - Jetty service cost Monitoring.
     - Perform accrual and good receive of Charter Hire and Marine Service.
     - Prepare monthly cost allocation of Fuel and water consumption.
     - Review and monitor MGO Consumption, bulk transaction with monthly report.
     - Monthly Deck Space Utilization and cost allocation.


Administrative task and document control
     -Preparing supporting document of monthly report to DMF
     - Coordinate and support MaCAS application installation.
     - Coordinate and plan for crew the orientation.
     - BIBOBJ enhancement support.
     - Extend and Create Material Master Data in SAP for marine custodian material
     - Reserved Material Handling Equipment to support marine operation at PSB.
     - Transportation booking for OLG/O Staff and marine contractor via boat and helicopter
     - Any jobs as requested by COMPANY and in the CONTRACTOR personnel capability

Profile

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Having experience in Logistics, and/or Supply Chain, and/or Finance, and/or Procurement is preferable
• Ability to use Microsoft Office application, especially Excel, Word, Power Point and related business software applications
• Good communication (written, reading, and speaking) in English.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
